WATERWISE LANDSCAPES

Consider water conservation as an integral component of garden design

A waterwise landscape is purposefully designed and managed to minimize water consumption while maintaining the garden's beauty and functionality. The primary goal of a waterwise landscape is to conserve water resources through thoughtful plant selection and sustainable design practices. This approach is a wonderful way to make an impact both globally and locally.

Let's jump in!

VIDEO ON WATERWISE GARDENING

Below is a lovely webinar by Monrovia that highlights various aspects of waterwise gardening. They also share a wonderful selection of drought-tolerant trees, shrubs, perennials and edibles across several USDA zones. I hope their talking points and plant suggestions will inspire your own waterwise landscapes.
